Roof to patio renovation
Problem: during the renovation the parapet walls were improperly waterproofed, allowing water to enter the home.
resolution: the only resolution was to remove the presently installed veneer and roofing, remove any and all sheathing, insulation & drywall affected by water. Thus properly reinstalled the exterior in its entirety. The final product is elegant butwater tight roof top patio that overlooks downtown nashville from the Germantown area.
